It’s been a long time since our last update and some great things have happened and are in the works.
Most recently we wrapped a video for Anberlin for their first single off of their new album. The song is amazing and there are definitely big things in the bands future. We got to work with two amazing models for the shoot as well – Paris Nicholson and Ivey Mansel. They did an amazing job and killed it in the video. The song and video should be out sometime in July so be on the lookout!
Also, we have been picked up for representation in the UK by Luti Media and in Canada by Triton Films. We’re really excited about both of these new relationships and the opportunity to work with them both.
And finally, we were featured in the June issue of Alternative Press as one of the 2010 Innovators. You can peek at the writeup below (click for larger image). Big thanks for everyone at Alternative Press and Cory Morton for hooking us up with the photo!
We’re really excited to premiere the new video for Owl City’s single “Vanilla Twilight”. Yes, that is Shaq!
Special thanks to all our friends, crew, and others who helped make this video come to life. Special thanks to Samm Hodges and Allan Stallard who both killed the effect work on the end.
We’re excited to officially announce that we have signed on with Lut! Media in the UK for representation. You can read the press release below or at Promo News:
“Director/producer duo Endeavor – responsible for the video for Owl City’s international number one hit Fireflies – have joined Lut! Med!a for music video representation in the UK.
Endeavor are Steve Hoover and Danny Yourd, who were nominated for two Dove Awards in 2009 for best shortform video, for their clips for Toby Mac and House of Heroes, as well as smashing into TV airplay charts with Fireflies.
They join Lut!’s other American director Rage, who’s made a big impact in the UK with his videos for Jedward and Lemar. “Its a great opportunity for us to introduce such talented, and accomplished directors to the UK as part of our growing company and director’s roster,” says directors rep/producer Luti Fagbenle.”

We can finally breathe again after having a really crazy 2 months.
We had a great time doing a Mars Ice Cream job with Engage. We’ll post the clip when we have the permission to do so, but for now 2 production photos below.
After this we moved onto the performance for the new Owl City single “Vanilla Twilight”. His performance was shot on greenscreen and our good friend Samm Hodges and Allan Stallard will be handling doing the post effect work.
Next we moved onto The Devil Wears Prada. We were giving a lot of creative freedom to develop the video so we ran with a few references and created a pretty crazy video. Noisecreep was at the shoot and wrote an article and took some photos, which you can see here.
A few days later we filmed Demon Hunters video for “Collapsing” – the next day we got slammed with over 2 feet of snow leaving us all trapped in our houses. The video is complete and should be premiering on Myspace in the next week or so.
To wrap up a very crazy month, we shot 3 days for the Owl City conceptual elements. We really got some beautiful footage and we’re very excited to be able to share all of it with you in the next few weeks. Below is a little sneak peak of what is to come.
AETUTS+ Recently put out an article about “Who’s Who in the World of Design and FX Shops” and Endeavor got tossed into the mix with some amazing other companys. Check out the article here. Huge thanks!
Well typically the top of every year is pretty slow, but this year we got out of the holiday’s and had to get out of vacation mode fast. We have a pretty loaded schedule with 4 music videos, and a commercial job or two.
We were asked to do two videos for Demon Hunter’s upcoming album. We’re pretty excited about what’s in store for the shoots.
Our friends, The Devil Wears Prada, asked us to do their new video for “Assistant to the Regional Manager”. We’re excited to get to work with them for the 3rd time. This time around, we’re doing a lot of experimental and weird things for the shoot. We’re all really pumped to get to work planning this chaotic video out!
For Toby Mac, we’re doing a fun little collaboration video with our good friend Samm from Mothlight Creative. We’ll be shooting the video entirely on the 7D and an older Canon DSLR. We look forward to sharing it when it’s completed.
